WE WOULD LIKE TO THANK ALL OF OUR PAST AND PRESENT MEMBERS, THE LADIES AUXILIARY, AND LOCAL BUSINESSES FOR THEIR SUPORT THROUGH THE YEARS. 1 WAS ORGANIZED TO SERVE AND SUPPORT THE FIRE DEPARTMENT, THE BOROUGH, THE COMMUNITY AND WAS ABLE TO DO SO FROM 1907-2016.

In 1856, a number of citizens organized the Macungie Institute for the purpose of educating students in this building. Today our goal is much the same. We trust the Macungie Institute can be a place where individuals of all ages will enjoy the gift of learning. We also trust that the building itself will be a place joyfully used by our community. In a building built by her great, great, great, great grandfather in the 1840s, Rebecca M. joined her father, Donald S. , who had joined his father, now retired Lehigh County Judge, Robert K. Young, 30 years earlier.

Caravan is a Free Christian Scouts Kids Program for children ages 2-12. It focuses on Spiritual, Social, Mental and Physical Growth of Children.
